FAQS

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. C2C, Contract Or Perm jobs are posted with all the info clearly specifying the price that he or she wants to pay the supplier for sourcing candidates for that job.
2. These are then matched through its proprietary matching algorithm to supplier firms from across the world.
3. The suppliers are then connected to the job through a messaging application which allows them to send resumes for that job.
4. Once the job gets closed the person/firm/company who has posted the job pays out the Fee that has been set for the job to HRRS, and HRRS then pays the supplier..

HOW DO I GET PAID?

The supplier will see the amount that is payable to next to each job under "supplier commission" This would be the amount that you would raise as an invoice to HRRS once a candidate sourced is hired. Our clients (employers) have a 60-day guarantee period. This means that recruiters are paid 60 days after their candidates’ start date. You can choose to receive a check via mail or we can directly deposit your placement fee electronically in an account of your choice after the guarantee period.
Payment is subject to the candidate completing the guarantee period. If a candidate leaves before the guarantee period is over and a replacement candidate has not been identified, neither you nor HRRS will receive the placement fee.
