Traits of a good interviewer

Whether is a phone interviewer, skype or in person. Make sure before your interview begin to have a clear picture or your ideal candidate, don't be uptight about the job profile, think about your clients goals, strategy, culture and fit. Greet interviewees on time and make them feel welcome: smile, offer them something to drink and maintain eye contact as much as possible, open on a positive note and make them feel at ease. Finding great candidates for your clients is a must so find out their talent and skills, and evaluate them for the job properly.
